As part of our belief in openness and accountability, Ashford and St Peter's is committed to putting our corporate documents in the public domain.

These may be generated internally - for example, policies and board papers - or through Freedom of Information requests. We also have a full suite of patient literature.

We do hope this resource centre is useful. It is intended as a compliment to our main website that has more information about who we are and what we do as a Trust.

Exemptions

Whilst there are restrictions on what we can actively publish (such as matters relating to staff and patient confidentiality or security), we shall endeavour to put as much as we can on these pages.

Making a Request

We do encourage your requests for information under the FOI Act as they may help others in the future. If you require personal information - about yourself or as next of kin - we would direct you to make a Subject Access Request.

You may be able to find an answer to your request in our archives on this website. Use the search box above, go to our "FOIs by Category" section, or view our register of requests received.

Please note that we are not a Mental Health Trust. May we refer you to Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, who is our local provider of specialist mental health services: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Suppliers

If you are a supplier wishing to supply the Trust it may be quicker and more productive to contact the Procurement Department to discuss any potential opportunity, before submitting an FOI request.
