Please see attached spreadsheets. Please note that the spend data is not recorded at Agenda for Change band or Job Title level.

 

The Trust is unable to provide accurate data with regards to suppliers for the following reasons:

  • Not all agency bookings go through Healthroster (paper timesheets for some staff groups)
     
  • Agency Name field is not reportable from Healthroster, workaround is not accurate if worker has multiple agency bookings
     
  • Third party supplier for some agency bookings and contract ended mid-year in 2013-14 which we no longer have access to so would have to rely on historical monthly reports but would not give complete picture
     
  • Total agency spend by supplier – a list of suppliers is provided, however The Trust holds the spend by supplier, but considers it is exempt under section 12 of the Act, as the cost of compliance is estimated to exceed the appropriate limit.
