      • 2011/12 - 40
      • 2012/13 - 49
      • 2013/14 - 30

 

2. Please can you provide a breakdown of pay protection to include the following (where known):

The reasons for these staff being put on pay protection (organisational change, ill health etc)

Reasons for the majority of staff being put on pay protection - 42 are recorded on payroll as due to a change in shift pattern and the remaining 119 due to organisational change however in some cases it is a combination of both reasons.
