I would like the dates for each question to be as consistent as possible, with information divided per year.

- Number of patients who have received treatment for prostate cancer over the last 6 years until the most recent date known and have suffered from severe erectile dysfunction
- Number of patients who have received treatment for prostate cancer over the last 6 years until the most recent date known and have suffered/suffer from incontinence
- Number of patients who have received treatment for prostate cancer over the last 6 years until the most recent date known and have to the hospital’s knowledge no longer suffer from or never suffered from erectile dysfunction
- Number of patients who have received treatment for prostate cancer over the last 6 years until the most recent date known and have to the hospital’s knowledge no longer suffer from or never suffered from urinary incontinence
