The Trust does not have any policies on FASD.
The Trust does not hold any specific training on foetal alcohol spectrum disorder.
2) Any information you hold on services your Trust provided for FASD for

This information / education may be provided to patients by the Community Midwifery team.

The Trust does not see these patients but refers to Dr Raja Mukerjee, consultant psychiatrist, Oxted, Surrey
c. post-diagnostic care in the financial years beginning 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
