Most of Ashford Hospital has cladding. The buildings are two and three storey. The cladding is steel with a PU core.

There are two buildings on the St Peter’s site with cladding. The buildings are two storey. The cladding is cedar wood impregnated with fire retardant material.

The Trust has no buildings with timber frame construction.
