This policy forms a part of Ashford & St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (ASPH) people strategy to being a great and safe place to work, where we continually listen, include, empower, and value everyone.

The policy sets out flexible, fair and supportive arrangements for flexible working. All employees can apply for flexible working for whatever reason. However, employees with parenting or caring responsibilities may wish to read it in conjunction with other policies in a suite of family friendly policies and schemes.
