Introduction
Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s vision is to ensure that patients are treated with compassion, are cared for in a safe way, without delay, and are involved in developing their care plan which is understood and followed. To support this objective the Trust must be able to take informed business decisions in a timely and transparent manner – including a rigorous commercial evaluation of risk and opportunities.
This document sets out the necessary actions required to achieve a successful bid proposal.
All tenders and bids for money are to be notified to the corporate Business Development Team. Depending on the scale of the bid will depend on the BD teams level of input, but all will receive at least PMO and editing support to ensure they are delivered to a high standard and to deadline.
