Introduction

Ashford & St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (ASPH) is committed to supporting working parents to achieve a good work life balance. This policy sets out the Trust’s arrangements for supporting employees in preparing for and during adoption and surrogacy.

The policy sets out the provisions for adoption and surrogacy leave and pay.

 

Scope

This policy applies equally to every employee, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.
